Digital / Social

Web, social media and podcasts. Worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive.

DIGITAL / SOCIAL LICENCE
The licensee may use the licensed video in online content: websites, social media accounts,
podcasts, newsletters and internal presentations. Worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive.
Not permitted: paid advertising, broadcast television, merchandise, or resale of the footage
as stock. Editing for length and format is permitted; altering the video so that it misrepresents
what happened is not. Credit to the source is required where the format allows.

Broadcast / TV

from $499.00

Television, OTT and streaming programmes. Worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive.

BROADCAST / TV LICENCE
The licensee may use the licensed video in television programmes, OTT and streaming
productions, and in the online promotion of those productions. Worldwide, perpetual,
non-exclusive. Includes all digital / social rights above.
Not permitted: paid advertising for a third-party brand, merchandise, or resale as stock.

Advertising / Brand

from $1500.00

Paid advertising and brand campaigns. Worldwide, 3 years, non-exclusive.

ADVERTISING / BRAND LICENCE
The licensee may use the licensed video in paid advertising and brand campaigns, in all media,
worldwide, for three years from the issue date. Includes digital, social and broadcast rights
for the same period.
Not permitted: use that implies the people in the video endorse a product, unless the licensee
obtains a separate personal release. Merchandise and resale as stock are not permitted.

All Media Buyout

from $3500.00

All media, all territories, perpetual, non-exclusive. No further clearance needed.

ALL MEDIA BUYOUT
The licensee may use the licensed video in all media, all territories, in perpetuity,
non-exclusively, including paid advertising and brand campaigns, with no further clearance
required from us.
Not permitted: reselling the footage as stock, registering the video with any rights-management
programme, or licensing it as training data for AI models. Personal endorsement still requires
a separate release.
