What we collect
When you submit a video: your name, email, phone, country, the video itself, and what you told us about who owns it. When you buy a licence: your name, email, company and billing details. We record the IP address and time of a submission because that is what makes the agreement enforceable.
What we do with it
We use it to review your submission, pay you, issue licences, and answer support questions. We share your name as a credit alongside the video where the format allows. We do not sell your personal data.
Who else sees it
Buyers see the credit line, not your contact details. Payment providers see what they need to move money. If someone disputes rights in a video, we may have to share what you told us with them or with a court.
How long we keep it
Agreements and financial records: as long as the law requires. Submissions we rejected: 12 months, then deleted.
Your choices
Email us to get a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting your account does not cancel licences already sold.
